Highly Recommended. The office is pristine, very comfortable atmosphere. The assistants were very friendly and helpful. The dentist himself was very gentle and conversational as well. The hours are great, as I am a full time working mom and student, so they are extremely flexible with my schedule.
The assistant even put on a DVD for my 3 year old while my daughter sat in my husbands lap and had her teeth cleaned! VERY Impressed.

My experience with Reflection Dental has been wonderful. They have taken great care of me and my husband. My husband has had major dental problems and Dr. Ngow and his staff have taken great care of him.

I LOVE my orthodontist, yes I do! Dr. Ngow and Dr. Lee owns this community dental office in Walnut and they are some of the nicest, most hard-working, dedicated people around. The ladies that work at the front are super friendly and super helpful.
I've been going here for about 2 years now, and last year I decided to "bite the bullet" literally and get them damn braces so that I can have perfect teeth. Call me shallow, but a girl's gotta have a gorgeous smile, not that my smile was not already gorgeous. -wink-
Dr. Lee spend alot of time answer my millions of questions and making sure that I get exactly what I want. Once I got them on, she really takes her time everytime I come in for my adjustment visit and does a great job. It's been 7 mths since I got them on, and my teeth is soooo much straighter now, woohoo!

Dr. Ngow and Dr. Lee are the best dentists my family has ever had. And we should know. We had been shopping dentists for several years but never seemed to find the kind of care we wanted. My young daughters were not comfortable with our other dentist, so we had to take them to a special kid's dentist which was miles away from home. When we discovered Dr. Ngow, it was like a match made in heaven. We tentatively brought our daughters in and they were both more comfortable than they had ever been. They even got to watch exciting movies while they were getting their fillings! This distracted them enough that they didn't even notice the shot. Thanks Dr. Ngow, Dr. Lee, Arlene, and Monica for providing us a great place to come to have our teeth cared for. We would all recommend you to anyone who wants quality dental care.

Reflection Dental Group provided me with excellent service. At first I was a little uneasy on coming in for a check up after 10 years of not visiting the dentist, but now I feel more confident. The Doctors and Assistants made it a comfortable environment to be in and I was confident in having them work on my teeth. Dr. Ngow was an excellent dentist to where he provided me more information of the procedures to what I was having thus letting me really understand the importance of the cleaning and taking care of my teeth. I would like to say that this visit to Reflection Dental Group will not be my last and I will certainly recommend this place to my friends and family. If you ever had a bad childhood experience with going to the dentist or just simply hate the thought of drilling in your mouth, then fear no longer; Dr Ngow and Dr. Lee are BOMB, they are super cool and know exactly what they are doing. Considering they both are graduates of UCLA-I knew from the start I was in good hands. I had 7 extractions, 11 filings, and 1 root canal all done in one visit...and I felt like they never touched my mouth. Since my nerves always get the best of me, Dr Ngow lets me use his virtual reality DVD headset while he is working on my teeth. I would highly recommend both of them and the staff at Reflection Dental because its fun coming to complete my treatment with them. Highly Recommended-plus they were rated 2nd in a top ten survey of LA and OC Dental Offices in a News article.

Since childhood I have been terrified of dentists. Dr. Ngow is the only dentist that has ever made me feel at ease and am not scared of. He and his staff made me feel safe and relaxed from the first time I stepped into the office. I moved to another city an hour away, but because I trust Dr. Ngow so much I stayed his patient and happily make the drive to Reflection Dental regularly.

The best dentists!!! It's like coming to a spa treatment, not a dentist office. Dr. Ngow and Dr. Lee are very gentle and caring. I feel more like I'm getting a month massage, not getting dental work. I have my braces for almost 2 years and always look forward to come in for treatment. Very pleasant office environment plus high tech equipments.
